LivThirdCoast Construction & Design is devoted to building the dream homes of our Galveston County clients whether it be full comprehensive home renovations or small general contracting services. We also have dedicated crews for commercial projects for new and established businesses.
Many of our projects require multi-discipline involvement. We provide our clients a "One Stop Shop" full service group of professionals tailored for any scale project. If a licensed professional is required for the collaboration, we will use our network of Architects, Professional Structural, Civil, and MEP Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designer.
Our entire team is strongly dedicated to providing high quality craftsmanship and customer service to each and every customer. Over eighty percent of our business is from repeat and referral customers. This success stems from attention to detail, high-quality grade materials, and the reputation we have built since 1983.

CRAIG EUBANKS
Owner. Wearer of all hats.
Craig was taught at a young age the value of hard work when working on job sites with his father, Oliver, who was a talented craftsman and entrepreneur. He instilled in Craig that it isn’t enough to perform a trade well, but to strive to do better than everyone else. Craig moved to the island in 2010 for more opportunities to surf, and has watched Galveston grow from small beach town to a premier tourist destination. Whether it be working on your personal home, investment property or your business, he enjoys bringing the Third Coast style to every project. Craig is known for his attention to detail and perfectionist skills. "Measure twice, cut once."
He has created a skilled team whose seasoned professionals reflect our values and commitment to excellence.
BREE EUBANKS
Co-Owner. Designer. Behind the scenes.
Bree has always had a passion for the aesthetics. She began her career in the bridal industry as a Stylist and Director of Marketing. When Craig and Bree got married in 2017, they immediately knew that Galveston is where they wanted to raise their family because it had always felt like home. Bree quickly developed the desire to help others feel at home in their own space. She has a balance of forward thinking, creativity, and collaboration with the client and our team that enables her to deliver focused development in each aspect of the design.
With her experience, a superior sense of style, eye for quality and a client-centered approach, Bree has proven herself in this industry.

Takes too many lunch breaks but is a hard worker. He enjoys collecting rocks and sticks from the job sites and boosting the crews morale.
